Solution

From Where to How: a cloud-based solution.

This operation is built-up under a BOT-C model that aims to build, operate, and
transfer capabilities at its closure, regarding the agreed service model.

The solution conceived to enhance the use and adoption of cloud products and services was a build-up of a composable system combining a set of components to offer an integrated and scalable solution.

Approach

It was necessary to carry out an in-depth assessment of the existing solution, as it was necessary to replicate all the behaviors and functionalities that companies used on the portal.

• we identified all legacy operations that would be discontinued
• we designed mechanisms to simplify operations for updating information validation and compliance regulations

In the end, we offered the customer a unique experience, regardless of the channel in which the portal is used.

Results

Reduction of the application support infrastructure and maintenance activities.

It is now possible to align with passive and active security mechanisms using the information protection principles offered by Microsoft Azure. 

The implementation of this project also allowed to reduce the time to market of regulatory changes and to scale the use of the stock exchange announcement system, not only for Ireland but also for other geographies where Euronext operates.
